Housecall Request Form




Housecall Service is a complimentary FREE service we provide to assist our customers who got bulky or a lot of items to sell (7 items and more). Also we require a minimum total amount of S$150 of items buy-in value for this service.

But if you are selling small items that can be carry we suggest to bring the item to any of our conveniently located stores.


Please fill-up and send us this Housecall Service Request form and our representative will get in touch with you within 5 to 8 working days for more information (may ask for item photos if needed) and to negotiate for prices. Only when the deal met our service requirements and both parties agreed with the prices, then housecall booking will be arrange for item collection. Payment will be made on the spot.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: In the event where our representatives are already at the customer's place and customer changed their mind and don't want to sell anymore or none of the items are at sellable condition, then we will charge the customer S$50 for transportation fee.


Our representative may ask some photos if needed to get more information about the item(s).
